平素より東北大IDの運用・配付にご協力いただきありがとうございます。

4月21日（火）に本ページでお知らせしておりましたが、ID基盤への更改日程が決定しましたのでお知らせします。
スケジュールやシステム更改にともなう影響範囲については、以下をご確認ください。

■システム移行期間
2026年6月16 日（火）17:00 ～ 2026年6月19日（金）8:30

【スケジュール】
■システム切替日程
・2026年6月18日（木） 9:00 ～ 11:00
・システム切替の際に、10分程度の東北大ID認証停止が発生します。
　影響を受ける主なシステムは次のとおりです。
　・東北大学SSO
　・教職員グループウェア
　・予算照会システム
　・勤務時間管理システム
　・MyLibrary
　・学務情報システム

■データ凍結期間
データ移行・システム切替のため、以下の期間は東北大IDに関するデータ更新をストップします。
　開始日時：2026年6月16日（火）17:00
　終了日時：2026年6月19日（金） 5:00

■データ凍結の影響
・利用者
　利用者ウェブにログインできません。（東北大ID情報の閲覧や、パスワード変更等ができません）
・総務担当・教務担当
　管理者ウェブにログインできません。（ユーザー検索・パスワード再設定が使用できません）

As announced on this page on Tuesday, April 21, the schedule for the ID infrastructure renewal has now been finalized, and we would like to inform you accordingly.
Please check below for the schedule and the scope of impact associated with the system upgrade.

■ System Transition Period
Tuesday, June 16, 2026, 17:00 – Friday, June 19, 2026, 8:30

Schedule:
■ System Switchover Schedule
　Thursday, June 18, 2026, 9:00 – 11:00
　During the system switchover, there will be a suspension of Tohoku University ID authentication for about 10 minutes.

The main systems affected are as follows:
　・Tohoku University SSO
　・Staff Groupware
　・Budget Inquiry System
　・Working Hours Management System
　・MyLibrary
　・Student Affairs Information System

■ Data Freeze PeriodDue to data migration and system switchover, data updates related to the Tohoku University ID will be stopped during the following period.
　Start Date and Time: Tuesday, June 16, 2026, 17:00
　End Date and Time: Friday, June 19, 2026, 5:00

■ Impact of the Data Freeze
Users
　・Cannot log in to the User Web. (Cannot view Tohoku University ID information, change passwords, etc.)
　・General Affairs Staff and Educational Affairs Staff

Cannot log in to the Administrator Web. (Cannot use user search or reset passwords.)

概要

東北大学の業務システムとユーザ認証について

東北大学において全教職員向けに提供されている業務システム・サービスは，「東北大ID」と呼ばれるIDとそれに付随する「東北大IDパスワード」を用いたユーザ認証を経て利用できます。例外的に，「東北大メール」を含む「Google Workspace」では専用のID・パスワードを使用します。いずれのID, パスワードも各個人の秘密として厳重に管理してください。

On Information Services for Faculty/Staffs in Tohoku University and User Authentication

The information systems and services provided for faculty/staffs in Tohoku University apply the “Tohokudai ID” and the associated “Tohokudai ID Password” for user authentication. Exceptionally, the Google Workspace services (including the Email Service for faculty/staffs (TU Mail)) apply their own IDs and passwords for user authentication. You have to strictly maintain your IDs and passwords, which should be your own confidential information.

東北大ID（Tohokudai ID）

ID形式：英字と数字の無意味な文字列

全教職員向け業務システム（学務情報システム、予算照会・旅費業務・購買業務システム、ISTU、グループウェア等）で利用します。（所属・身分等により利用可能なシステムが異なります。）
It uses in business systems for all faculty/staff, e.g., Student Affairs Information System, Budget Implementation Status Inquiry System, Travel Expenses Application System, and Procurement System, ISTU, Faculty/staffs Groupware System. The system available to you depends on your affiliation, status, and other factors.

東北大学 Single Sign-on

Google Workspace 用 ID（東北大メール）

ID形式：英字名.英字姓.補助部@tohoku.ac.jp

Google社のGoogle Workspace for Education （Gmail / Drive / Calendar / Classroom / Meet等）で利用します。Google Workspaceで提供しているメールサービスのことを「東北大メール」と呼んでいます。
It uses in Google Workspace for Education offered by Google LLC, e.g., Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Classroom, Meet. The email service offered by Google Workspace is called TU Mail.

Microsoft365 用 ID （Office365 / Teams）

ID形式：英字名.英字姓.補助部@mso.tohoku.ac.jp

Microsoft社のMicrosoft365 Education （Office365 / Teams等）で利用します。ログインには東北大IDと東北大パスワードを使用します。
It uses in Microsoft365 Education offered by Microsoft Corp, e.g., Office365, Teams. Use Tohokudai ID and Tohokudai ID Password to login.
