Submission rules of admission fee waiver applications
The application will not be accepted after the deadline for any reason. When you send the application documents by post, it must be postmarked on or before the deadline.

Undergraduate students who have a visa other than “Student Visa”, such as the Permanent resident, Long-term resident or the Spouse of the Japanese national, must contact the Financial Support Section to confirm if you are eligible to apply.
Postgraduate students who have a visa other than “Student Visa”, such as the Permanent resident, Long-term resident or the Spouse of the Japanese national, use Checklist A and submit the required documents including your family members in Japan.
