Overview
For students who are recognized as having difficulty in paying the admission fee at the time of enrollment for economic reasons and who are recognized as having outstanding academic capabilities, or students who are recognized as having other unavoidable circumstances, the payment may be deferred by the application.

How to submit
Please read Submission Guidelines before submission.
Option 1. Send the application documents to the following address by registered mail
Please send the application documents by registered mail (Kan i Kakitome 簡易書留), LetterPack, EMS or any other delivery methods that you can track the status of your parcel.
*Please write “Deferment of the admission fee waiver” in red on the address side of the envelope to be sent.
Option 2. Submit the application documents at the Financial Support Section office counter
The application must be submitted in person (Any application by proxy will not be accepted).

Result
The result of application for deferment of the admission fee payment will be posted on the Students Affairs Information System in early May (April enrollment) and early November (October enrollment).
